Worship is more than music, but at Northshore, we love to sing songs to our King! Our worship team leads us to the throne every week with classic hymns and the latest praise and worship from artists such as Chris Tomlin, Hillsong Church Australia, David Crowder Band, Charlie Hall, Matt Redman, and more.

A part of the mission of Northshore Church is to see transformation take place in the hearts of those who worship with us. The worship ministry hopes to accomplish this mission by helping people connect with God and truly worship him in a contemporary style of musical expression. We recognize that singing songs of praise to God is only one form of worship, but it is our hope that through an experience at Northshore, we will be inspired to mirror the majesty of our maker in all that we do and say.

“I will praise the Lord at all times; His praise will always be on my lips.” – Psalm 34:1

At Northshore, the praise team is the main tool that God uses to lead his people into worship. This team is made up of musicians and vocalists devoted to leading the church in praise to our God. Each week they have the awesome opportunity and responsibility to put songs of praise to Lord on the lips of those worshipping. It is their ultimate desire to see the church grow to love the Lord with all its heart, soul, mind, and strength.

So, as we come together, let us as the psalmist says in Psalm 105, “Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. Sing to him; yes, sing his praise. Tell everyone about his miracles. Exalt his holy name; O worshippers of the Lord, rejoice!” We worship an awesome God, for in him we live, move, and exist. And we rejoice that we have the opportunity every week to join you in praising him.
