Larry is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership. Larry has over twenty years of ministry experience. He has been a pastor, evangelist, youth minister, counselor, musician, and has been involved in numerous mission trips here in the United States as well as in the country of Haiti.

Jay has a Master of Divinity in the area of missions and ministry. The words missions and ministry describe Jay's daily life. He lives what he believes! At present, Jay is working full-time to help Northshore Church get back into a worship facility of its own so we can fulfill our call to missions and ministry. Jay brings a vital blend of faith and wise stewardship to our team.

Dr. Nave, or just “Jeff” to us, is a professor at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary who brings over 15 years of ministry experience and 10 years of experience in the field of professional counseling to the Pastoral Care and Counseling Ministry at Northshore Church. He strives daily to help others realize more fully and celebrate the depth of love that God has for each and every one of us.

Rob is a New Orleans native having lived in Slidell for the last 20 yrs. A graduate from Concordia University. Rob was on staff at Bethany Lutheran Church from 2003-2007, planted The Bridge Community Church from 2008-2010. Rob and his family felt the call to join the vision at NSC in 2010. Rob shares life with his wife Lisa and 4 awesome children.

Luis Socarras is a man of faith with a strong desire for missions and evangelism. He provides overall leadership and pastoral ministry to our youth, as well as their families. Luis presents the gospel to the youth in ways in which they can relate. His ministry is highly motivational, and offers opportunities for personal and spiritual development. His methods are enthusiastically endorsed by parents!
