Northshore Church Kid's Ministry
Our children’s ministry exists to help kids discover truth through God’s Word in a safe, joyful, and loving environment. The ShoreKIDS team partners with parents and guardians to prayerfully encourage every child to grow in understanding biblical truth on their level. The ultimate hope is that each child will come to know Jesus personally and grow in confidence, knowing they are wonderfully made by God as they develop in understanding. Each age group enjoys engaging, age-appropriate lessons led by caring leaders and teen assistants. Kids learn biblical truths through discussion, role-playing, crafts, games, and other hands-on activities—helping them take their first steps toward a lifelong relationship with Jesus.

SUNDAYS: ShoreKIDS is available for babies through 6th grade, with age-specific groups offered during both the 9:00AM and 10:30AM worship gatherings.

WEDNESDAYS: On Wednesday evenings during the scheduled semesters, Kids Crew groups are hosted in the ShoreKIDS area so parents and children can simultaneously grow in relationships and biblical foundations. Students in Kids Crew are grouped by similar ages and grades so they can learn at a level that’s right for them.

EVENTS: We believe children and families need chances to get connected outside of the church building! We host periodic events geared toward families with kids for the purpose of growing closer to Christ and each other!
***Upon arrival, each child must be checked in at our computer check-in station. Parents or guardians will receive a matching security tag so they are able to pick up their children with ease.
Children's Groups
Baby Room (Birth - 23 months)
In our infant room, sweet caregivers provide a safe, gentle, and joyful space for the little ones. Our team serves with love and intentionality, following thorough guidelines and procedures to help protect every child’s health and well-being. We delight in seeing our youngest friends grow, learn, and connect with leaders and new buddies!
Preschool (2-4 yrs)
Children in preschool classes are taught the biblical truths of God’s Word in organized and engaging activities on their level. Every lesson helps shape their earliest understanding of God’s love and encourages them to see themselves as uniquely created by Him.
Elementary (K-3rd Grade)
Children in elementary classes are taught with curriculum pathways designed to help children explore the vibrant truths of Jesus and how he impacts their identity. Lessons and resources provoke discovery, inviting kids to live out their new understanding of how to grow in relationship with God and with others. Students discuss, create, and engage in learning, while finding a place to belong.

Club456 is a ministry that serves our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. This unique ministry bridges the gap between a child-like need for structure and a more mature glance into the abstract understanding of the Gospel and what it means to be a follower of Christ. On Sundays, students will have the opportunity to engage in discussion geared specifically to their needs and interests after experiencing part of the family worship gathering with their families. To prepare for ShoreStudents, 456 hosts monthly gatherings and events, while also giving them the freedom on special occasions to preview the youth group!
